Pickering Electronics Return Policy
Pickering’s standard returns policy is for items purchased within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. This applies to all purchases, whether via email, over the phone, or on our website (exclusions apply*). No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired.
If the item is unused and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a refund. However, you may be required to pay up to twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have an issue with the quality of a product purchased from us, please contact us.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Pickering Electronics Limited before the return of any Products. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Items without an RMA number may not be accepted.
*Please note, unless they are faulty, custom products (non-catalogue items) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Which products can’t be returned?
All orders that contain custom products (non-catalogue items) are non-cancellable and/or non-refundable.
I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?
We’re sorry you have received the wrong item. You must contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, you will be asked to return the products to us. If it is not possible for you to return the item, and if you are eligible for a refund or replacement, this will be discussed at the point of contact.
How long do I have to return unwanted items?
Our standard return policy for anything you purchase from us is 30 days. This applies to email, phone, or online purchases. After 30 days we do not accept returns for unwanted items.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund once the items have reached us and been processed. However, you may be required to pay up to twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge. This usually takes up to 14 days once delivered and processed. You will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you have returned multiple items, your refund may arrive in more than one payment.

I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?
We are really sorry you have received a faulty product. Pickering pride itself on providing the highest quality reed relays. We 100% test for all operating parameters, stress test, from -20°C to +85°C to -20°C, repeated 3 times, and inspect all parts at every stage of the manufacturing process, therefore faulty items rarely get through our stringent quality control processes. Please contact us and return the item to us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they’re packed up properly and cannot get damaged in transit.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
