Mini HV Reed Relays | Up to 4kV | Ideal for Semiconductor Testing | Pickering Series 104

The Key Features of the Series 104 include:
- Up to 4kV stand-off, 1kV switching voltage
- 1 Amp, 25 watts switching
- 1 Form A, 2 Form A & 1 Form B configurations
- 5, 12, 24 volt coils available as standard, with optional internal diode
Added Benefits of the New Series 104 4kV Version include:
- 1000VDC stand-off improvement compared to the previous offering of 3kV
- Less susceptibility to damage from high voltage spikes and noise compared to similar high voltage semiconductors
- The increased stand-off voltage allows for an increase in the equipment specification and an increased high voltage protection margin for the extra safety and security
- Suitable clearance between the switch and coil pins to accommodate the higher voltage
